By accessing or using EasyCareHQ's practice management software and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

EasyCareHQ provides cloud-based practice management software designed for Australian allied health providers. Our Services include scheduling, patient management, billing, reporting, and related features.

Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

Subscription and Payment

Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyCareHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of Your Data for a reasonable period as specified in our data retention policy.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through our Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
